BREAD BAKING - PICH STYLE

Pioneer demonstration of Pich oven bread is a popular event of our Festival. Over a period of a couple of hours the clay ovens are fired up for heating to an appropriate temperature, placing the oven loaf pans inside and maintaining a required temperature. This is a carefully planned project as there are many variables, which our pioneer workers must attend to over the period. Piche oven bread has a unique taste and aroma. Bread sales are rapid and only available on site at these ovens.
