Pop, rhythm and blues flavors in a Ukrainian band – that’s Trembita.

Formed in 1977, the band has always been determined to keep the Ukrainian culture alive through music. The members are all top notch musicians providing all who listen an enjoyable evening.

“It’s a polka culture,” says front man Slavko Nohas, “a culture we’ve been promoting for over three decades”.

Trembita offers a wide variety of music, from traditional Ukrainian songs, to a mixture of pop, country and rock. The instrumentation is very contemporary featuring a horn section, lead guitar, drums, accordion and bass guitar.

From folk and contemporary Ukrainian music to a party band set list, Trembita has spanned three decades and several generations.
