To commemorate the Vegreville Pysanka Festival 50th anniversary Tim Baydala (Grandstand Chair) came up with the idea for the Joint Hopak and Mass Choir.
 
Joint Hopak has never been performed on any other stage and the performance will DEBUT at this year’s 50th Pysanka Festival!

Joint Hopak will be performed at all four (4) Grandstand shows: 

• Friday, July 7th @ 7:00 PM

• Saturday, July 8th @ 2:00 PM

• Saturday, July 8th @ 7:00 PM

• Sunday, July 9th @ 2:00 PM

Members of the these local dance groups will be participating in the Joint Hopak:
Cheremosh  |  Shumka |  Viter  |  Vohon  |  Volya

The Grandstand committee would like to thank all dancers and Bogdan for their commitment and dedication in bringing the Joint Hopak to the Festival Grandstand stage.

Grandstand Tickets can be purchased on the Festival Grounds one hour before each show, or at the Festival Office July 7-8-9, 2023.  Rain or Shine, all shows go on!
