From the heart of Edmonton, Alberta, Zabava u Koli has been bringing the energy, tradition, and spirit of Ukrainian music to dance floors across North America since 2014. With a name that translates to “Party in a Circle” or “Party at Mykola’s”, we’re all about creating a non-stop Ukrainian zabava that keeps people on their feet all night long. 
 
Blending folk rock, modern pop, and polka, we take classic Ukrainian songs and give them a fresh, high-energy twist, making every performance an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a wedding, festival, or a full-blown community bash, our live shows are a wild mix of interactive fun, dance-driven beats, and just the right amount of chaos—exactly how a proper zabava should be!

      •     Mykola Bilash – Vocals & Violin (The life of the party, the voice that keeps the zabava going) 
      •     Olex Lazurko – Accordion (On a personal mission to play at a bachelorette party—ladies, take note!) 
      •     Adrian Zmewsky – Bass (Lays down the groove that keeps the party in motion) 
      •     Matt Horbay – Guitar (Shredding chords and bringing the rock edge to our folk roots) 
      •     Arko Ferdycz – Drums (Drives the energy and keeps the rhythm alive) 
 
We’ve played weddings, festivals, and community events all over, but our big dream? To perform in Ukraine one day. Until then, we’ll keep lighting up dance floors wherever there’s a crowd ready to sing, dance, and celebrate Ukrainian music!
