Camping On-Site
Join us all weekend, and stay on-site.
These RULES are guidelines for you and your neighbours to help make your stay as pleasurable as we can.

Please park in your designated stall to allow for traffic flow and FIRE LANES for your own protection in case of an emergency. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed/removed.

Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times.

Maximum speed in camping areas is 5 km per hour.

Showers and washrooms are available on site at no charge.

Quiet Hours 11:00 pm-7:30 am

Generators are allowed, but patrons may be asked to turn them off if use is loud or excessive. Please refrain from using any generators after midnight.

No open fires are permitted on the grounds. BBQ coals must be burnt completely or water doused before putting into garbage. Fire bans must be complied with.

Please keep anything of value locked up at your campsite.

Garbage must be placed in a plastic bag and disposed of into garbage barrels or dumpsters (located around the grounds).

Glass bottles or containers must be carefully disposed of in the garbage or recycling bins.

No personal ATVs, dirt bikes, etc., allowed on the grounds.

Pets are allowed at campsites but must be tied up or on a leash at all times. Pets are prohibited where food is offered for sale and at grandstand shows. (This does not apply to guide dogs/health service dogs).

Liquor and cannabis purchased off site is permitted in your campsite area only.

Grounds for eviction include (but not limited to): fireworks, rowdy or disrespectful behaviour, excessive noise, messy campsite, rule violations.
The Vegreville Cultural Association does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to the property or any stolen articles of injury to persons.
