Grandstand MC:
ANDREW KOWALCHYK

Andrew Kowalchyk is proud to serve as MC for this year’s festival. Born and raised in Edmonton, he is the proud son of Ukrainian immigrants and has been actively involved in the Ukrainian community from a young age through dance, music, church, and community organizations. A former member of the zabava band Millenia and the Volya Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, he now sings with the Viter Ukrainian Folk Choir and serves on the board of the Ukrainian Cheremosh Society. Andrew and his wife Wanda are proud parents of three daughters.
